Our goal
Together we are working towards a world where we are actively contributing to a balanced and more sustainable future!
Our goal
A step towards sustainability and restoring our world
Eurobottle’s commitment to a sustainable future
The temperature on Earth is rising, the ice caps are melting, natural phenomena are becoming increasingly intense, and more plants, trees and animal species are disappearing every year. Our world has been subject to change for millions of years, but we as humanity have managed to accelerate these changes at an unprecedented pace all within one generation. Due to the extremely rapid development that we as humanity are undergoing, the balance in our ecosystem has completely disappeared, with the consequences mentioned above. We must realise that due to this inbaalance, the disruptions reinforce each other.
Turning the tide cannot be done alone, but we can do it together! This means that everyone must take thier own responsibility. The imbalance has arisen because we have taken more from nature than we have given back, did we have that right?
At Eurobottle, we take our responsibility by only offering sustainably produced and reusable bottles. However, we believe this is no longer sufficient and the reason we continuously look for possible steps towards a better future. A future in which we are again in balance with our environment; nature and all other living things on earth.

What do we mean by sustainable products?
We read everywhere about sustainability, sustainable production and sustainable products. But what do we mean by sustainable? And what exactly is biobased plastic? We are happy to explain.
Reusable water bottles are of course sustainable in themselves. It is a good alternative to disposable bottles and cups. This contributes to reducing plastic waste and conserving natural resources.
We also use ‘I’m green’ Polyethylene, a biobased plastic made from sugar cane. This means the raw material is renewable and not dependent on fossil fuels. Another big advantage is, sugar cane absorbs a lot of CO2 while growing, going our biobased plastic negative CO2 emissions!
We strive for a circular economy, where polluting raw materials is reduced and recycling is promoted. There are already several actions in place to take our responsibility in recycling the products we market.
Our Oasus water bottle goes one step further. We ensure a 100% recyclable product, even when using black plastic. For example, our Oasus is black to the eye, but is actually dark green biobased plastics, which means it is recogniesd as a PE material. In addition, the Oasus is made entirely from the same raw material and one monomaterial, which makes recycling even easier. Read all about the Oasus water bottle.
View our journey to the origins of biobased plastic here!
With 9 million hectares of sugar cane plantations and 560 million tons of sugar cane harvested every year, Brazil is the largest producer of sugar cane in the world. Our production is located in the central southern states of Sao Paulo, which is located 3000 kilometers south of the Amazon rainforest. The perfect place for us at Eurobottle to start our search for the origin of our biobased products.
